There's late President Dr Wee Kim Wee photo on the stall, Paipaizhan and MakanSutra also recommend the stall cuttlefish kangkong.

It's cheap, only $2, and taste good.

Is that the one at Blk 16 hawker center? Right opposite Temasek JC?
