I would like to comment the service of Imperial Treasure Noodle & Congee House at Ion Orchard. I went to this restaurant on 29th August 2009 for dinner. It was quite crowded when I enter the restaurant but I was given a table. The staff has given me a table for 4 persons but we have 5 of us. No doubt it was a sofa seat with 2 chairs, but it was too cramp for 5 of us. I requested for a change of seat at the corner where they could insert another chair for 5 of us and was granted. While waiting I head one of the staff pass a very bad remarks behind my ear. She said why are we asking for the change of seat where the table size is still the same. I find that they should trained their staff not to pass any remarks at the presence of the customers. They were so inefficient in table planning, impolite & unprofessional. Anyway I felt disappointed with their service. I wouldn't be going again.  |
