As owner of Singapore’s wildly popular restaurant-chain, Crystal Jade Culinary Concept Holdings has a lot to boast on. Aside from specialized outlets such as C-Jade Express or the Korean outlet, Crystal Jade restaurants are well known for the Cantonese dim sum such as Xiao Long Bao and many other light delicacies. For a more substantial meal, choose from a wide range of congee and noodles with ingredients ranging from duck, chicken, fish, meatballs and even abalone. Drinks served include fresh juices, soft drinks and Chinese tea.
