The Sakunthala Legacy started out in 1997 at Dickson Food Garden. Named in honor of their mother, the stall, open at nights only, is being managed by a family of three sisters and a brother. Two of the sisters being good cooks, the business flourished.
Sakunthala’s Food Palace boasts having been the first island-wide to provide a unique fusion of Indian and Chinese cuisine, specialising in South and North Indian cuisines, Chinese cuisine, as well as Vegetarian and Seafood.
