Hi there,
I’ve enjoyed almost very dish at Han’s Restaurant. The dining outlet that I frequently visited is Suntec City
I was thinking if you have an outlet in JB or KL, Malaysia.
Thanks

My friend and I had set lunch at the outlet at Century Square. The swiss roll [desert] was stale. When the waitress was approached, she explained that the cakes were sliced early in the morning and when it comes to lunch hour, it is no longer fresh! We asked for the cakes to be heated up but she said there was no such facility. She offered no solution and only when we pressed what could do about the situation, she said she will speak to someone and came back with two small slices of water melon. Disappointing service.

I love Hans at 1 Pickering St & Hanis (Halal) at Jurong Safra!!
My favourite is the Foccacia Sandwich & Carbonara with chipolata! Yummy!
Probably not all outlets are good. So still exploring other outlets. And I do agree their customer service needs to be improve, then it’ll be perfect.
