The Food Adventure Guide: Where To Eat In Singapore
To begin with, Imperial Treasure group is a rather new chain of restaurants that according to many is competing head-on with the Crystal Jade group, with very similar concept and locations, while menu items are generally priced slightly lower.
Within a short period of time, they have garnered lots of praises, including serving food that are both fantastic in taste and health.
Try the Double Boiled Shark’s Bone & Bamboo Pith with Gingko Nut & Fish Maw in Soup. Just as tempting is the Saute Scallop with White Egg and Truffle Oil, which is skilfully sauted to bring out the delicate taste of fresh scallops, with a light touch of truffle oil for an exotic taste.

I hope Imperial Treasure group will open a branch in Sengkang area, as people in this area are mostly Chinese and keen of ‘Yum Cha’ and eating Cantonese Dim Sun in normal weekdays and weekend.
If we need to go Yum Cha, then we will need to go to Orchard… too far away from Sengkang lah. The possible location for the group to open branch is at the Shopping Mall of Sengkang MRT.
