Started in 1983, the first Pho Hoa restaurant opened in San Jose, North America with a tiny kitchen and a few seats. Without the required budget to launch a massive advertising campaign, success was uncertain. But with a good recipe, dedication, and a personal commitment to making the best soups for customers at a reasonable price, Pho Hoa were able to capitalize on our strengths and use them to multiply our successes. I have tried Pho Hoa restaurant located in Singapore and Vietnam. Their vietnamese Pho is really worth trying.
