Started in 1983, the first Pho Hoa restaurant opened in San Jose, North America with a tiny kitchen and a few seats. Without the required budget to launch a massive advertising campaign, success was uncertain. But with a good recipe, dedication, and a personal commitment to making the best soups for customers at a reasonable price, Pho Hoa were able to capitalize on our strengths and use them to multiply our successes. Today, being the largest Vietnamese food chain in the world, Pho Hoa brings you authentic Vietnamese cuisine with all the freshest ingredients.
Try the Carrot Beef Stew with bread or noodles, which is rich in flavour and texture, or the Hot and Sour Seafood Pho, for a fiery but refreshing meal. For those who prefer rice instead of noodles, have the Grilled Lemon Grass Chicken Chop, which is served with steam rice and vegetables. To round off your meal, the Chocolate Banana Tower with ice cream and banana fritters will certainly please your sweet tooth!
