Established in 1996, Premier Thai Traditions has successfully combined Teochew and Thai culinary influences into dishes that are distinctly Thai and yet well-suited to local tastes.
Premier Thai is famous for its Braised Superior Shark’s Fin with Crabmeat in Claypot, Baked Vermicelli with Crabmeat, Baked Duck’s Web in Claypot and many other Thai dishes. Using only the freshest ingredients including vegetables, poultry and beef, Premier Thai offers more than 100 Teochew and Thai dishes.
Among the chef’s recommendations are the Thai Fried Soft Shell Crab, which is fried to perfection, the smooth and fresh Baked Cod Fish with Special Sauce, as well as the Thai Style Fried King Prawn – truly a feast fit for royalty.
