Established in 1996, Premier Thai Traditions has successfully combined Teochew and Thai culinary influences into dishes that are distinctly Thai and yet well-suited to local tastes.

Premier Thai is famous for its Braised Superior Shark’s Fin with Crabmeat in Claypot, Baked Vermicelli with Crabmeat, Baked Duck’s Web in Claypot and many other Thai dishes.
