For sashimi lovers, do not miss the Air-Flown Live Canadian Geoduck Sashimi with Superior Stock Steamboat, where you actually get two dishes in one – those who do not take raw food can cook the Geoduck in the steamboat soup. Another hot favourite on the menu is the Live Tiger Sea Mantis with Spicy Salt and Pepper. The lovely spices enhance the dish such that the natural succulence and sweetness of the tiger sea mantis can be savoured. You’d be pleasantly surprised that the desserts at this seafood restaurant are just as creative as its main dishes.
