Singapore’s famous black pepper crabs is the choice delicacy of any seafood lover. And first to lay claim to this seafood delight would undoubtedly be the Long Beach Group of Restaurants, whose love affair with seafood lasted for over 50 years.
Every variation of seafood you can imagine is found right here. Crabs are a must-have on any visit to a seafood restaurant, and a popular choice is the Sri
Lankan Black Pepper Crab, where you get tender crabmeat with flavoursome sauce. For sashimi lovers, do not miss the Air-Flown Live Canadian Geoduck Sashimi with Superior Stock Steamboat, where you actually get two dishes in one – those who do not take raw food can cook the Geoduck in the steamboat soup. Another hot favourite on the menu is the Live Tiger Sea Mantis with Spicy Salt and Pepper. The lovely spices enhance the dish such that the natural succulence and sweetness of the tiger sea mantis can be savoured. You’d be pleasantly surprised that the desserts at this seafood restaurant are just as creative as its main dishes. The Black Glutinous Rice Ice Cream delicately balances the flavours of unsweetened black glutinous rice and vanilla ice cream to create a refreshing round off to your meal.
Most of the chefs have been with the restaurant for years, and have a good grasp of how seafood is reared and the different ways it can be cooked. We have also in recent years, brought in exotic seafood from regions like the South China Sea and North Pacific Ocean.

Seems that nobody can tell whether this is a halal certified restaurant. So to me it is not halal. Some of the ingredients may include wine though some may say no pork or lard used.
