Gold Coast Seafood serves up a storm with the freshest seafood and the best ingredients. What you find here is basically a Singaporean take on traditional Chinese seafood. Revel in their highly recommended dishes such as the homegrown specialty, Chilli Crab, with just the right amount of oomph, and the ever-popular Black Pepper Crab. Alongside these traditional dishes, Gold Coast has introduced other innovations, such as the Cheese Baked Lobster, and the Cheese Baked Crab that come covered with a thick layer of Parmesan cheese resting on a generous amount of butter. If you are a fan of cheese, you will surely love the flavour and aroma of these creations! Their lavish spread will leave you feeling like royalty as you eat to your heart’s content.
