The Westlake 3 Restaurant was nominated as one of the Great Tables of Singapore in 2003. It certainly doesn’t come with surprise. With such a sumptuous spread, like the all-time favourite Steamed Cod Fish, with its smooth texture and great taste, and Grilled Eel, which is bursting with flavour.
