Seafood features a lot in Hing Wa cuisine. A rather unusual dish is the Steamed Razor Clams in Rice Wine, where the clams are steamed upright and packed tightly together in a bowl, so that they remain closed even when cooked, preserving the sweet juices inside until the shells are pried open. The homemade Bean Curd is so smooth it practically slips down your throat with much ease, making this a sweet ending to a hearty meal. At absolutely reasonable prices, Pu Tien Restaurant is a popular destination for any occasion.
