Kim has been serving happy customers since 1965. It began when founder Tan Kue Kim, more popularly known as Kim, started as a modest apprentice learning to fry Hokkien Prawn Mee at Changi Village. At a young age, Kim was already displaying his culinary ingenuity – he conceived his very own secret recipe concocted with his own blend of yellow noodles, fresh ingredients and sauces, and made perfect with his skillful frying techniques. Kim’s passion and love for Fried Prawn Mee grew deeper after seeing the delight and fulfillment of his customers, many of whom came all the way from overseas to savour his cooking. Kim’s business grew and he finally opened his very own Kim’s Fried Hokkien Prawn Mee Stall along Changi Road in the year 1965, bringing customers a haven to enjoy the best local delight in town Today, Kim’s has created a wide menu of over 70 varieties of traditional local delights served with a blend of irresistible taste, highest food quality and excellent customer service.

There’s something I’d like to share with you guys, I found a new stall at Bukit Timah hawker centre. Signboard with 2 chinese characters that have never seen in my life(who cares) so i tried…….I had never tasted soup as original as the prawn’s essence compared to others which are more to seafood flavours. Pork Rib was seeped with the soup’s essence. The Pork Rib tasted just more than Pork Rib ! The taste worth more than $4
